The Role
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to join our small, dedicated team. You’ll provide essential support to elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. What does a Care Assistant do?
Our Care Assistant jobs come with a range of responsibilities.
You’ll travel around Chelmsford and the surrounding areas to help clients with:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Supporting with medication administration and health monitoring
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records using our digital app
- Working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements
Essential
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check paid for the applicant
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check
Desirable (but we’ll train you!)
- Previous care experience (home care, care home, or healthcare)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Valid UK driving license and access to vehicle
- First Aid and Medication Administration certificates
